Individual Counselling is done one on one basis between the psychologist and the client. The client has a safe space to talk about their issues. Psychologists then help them identify the real issue and aspects of life that are needed to be changed.

Counselling will help to address any kind of personal and emotional problem that you are struggling to identify it. Alternative strategies will be developed to accomplish the desired goal.
