What one feels and expresses sexually about themselves

Someone’s sexual orientation has nothing to do with their gender. The consistent pattern of their sexual interest can in common be for someone who’s opposite sex or of the same-sex person. Feelings that are physically and emotionally expressed to the other person are the aspects of sexuality which thereafter manifests into love and relationship through trust and care.

LGBTQ – Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, a term accurately describing an individual sexual orientation. LGBTQ people are stigmatised and considered unnatural by a large chunk of society and because of the society ‘norms’, many people are unable to come out of the closet and live as they naturally want. So many people intentionally choose to deny their sexuality to be accepted by society, friends and family which often makes them depress and anxious which can disturb their mental health.
